Where is a picture or video of the terrorist that did this? That would be helpful in bringing him to justice.

When the guy was going around, shoving his camera in the faces of everyone someone should have caught a clue and taken his picture as well. Why? Because it was obvious that he was collecting intel for nefarious reasons.
They should have captured his vehicle and license tag as well. Negligently stupid if they didn’t.
