The players who are doing this better hope they already got theirs because the players who follow them are not going to be making as much money.

Might as well. LeBron James earned 30 million dollars a year just because he can out a ball in a hoop. 90% decline in his salary would result in 3 million dollars. Still a lot.
Yep. Money talks loudest and I bet they get to a point where they will immediately fire anyone who kneels, but as far as I’m concerned it’s too late. Pro athletes were already getting on my nerves before all this, with the attitudes and the thugs and the disgusting elitism where they act like the fans don’t even exist. F them.
Is the NBA not aware that their ratings are down?
If so, why are they insisting on doing something that will lower their ratings even more.

How many times have we been told at our workplaces to keep your personal issues at home? You’re at work to work. Simple premise. You would think the idiots in the NBA, NFL, MLB and even the NHL would follow that too. We know there are some players in those leagues who know this is a disaster for them, but can’t say anything because of the prevailing political climate.
No doubt the announcers will be reading SJW political statements in game, too. It will be impossible to avoid. I expect all televised sports will do that in the run up to November.
