Kenosha Shooting Victim Was A Registered Sex Offender For Crime Involving A Minor And Was Caught On Video Confronting Armed Men: “Shoot Me, N**ga!”

Kyle Rittenhouse should not have been patrolling the streets of Kenosha, Wisconsin, Tuesday night. Whatever failures might have existed on the part of state and local government (and there appear to have been many), the idea of a 17-year-old with a loaded rifle being dropped into that powder keg can only happen when some horribly bad judgment has occurred.

I say this as a gun owner and Second Amendment supporter who took his son to the shooting range at that same age and taught him how to properly handle a firearm.

However, two narratives about the situation are emerging, neither of which appears to be supported by even a sliver of evidence: First, that Rittenhouse is a white supremacist, and second, that he is a murderer.

Also, they never mentioned more about the victim, Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, of Kenosha who died after he was shot in the head Tuesday night during the Kenosha riots.

Joseph Rosenbaum was allegedly chasing 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse and threw something at him.

Rosenbaum was a registered sex offender for a sex crime involving a minor.

Rosenbaum was seen on video earlier in the night confronting the armed men who were there to prevent looting and destruction of businesses.

“Shoot me, n**ga! Shoot me, n**ga!” Rosenbaum (burgundy shirt) screamed at the armed men.

More importantly, there appears to be no evidence at all that Rittenhouse is guilty of murder, much less first-degree murder. I spent a substantial portion of Wednesday viewing numerous upsetting videos of Rittenhouse’s deadly encounters with Kenosha rioters, and in every single one of those videos, Rittenhouse is clearly trying to extricate himself from danger brought on by a mob that appeared hell-bent on doing him harm.

At 23:19, Rittenhouse is seen in this YouTube Livestream. He’s being chased into a parking lot. While he is being pursued, an unknown gunman fires the first shot into the air.

Well ... sometimes when old men, like Governor Evers, fail to act in an appropriate manner ... good young men like Kyle Rittenhouse rise to serve We the People.

I’ve been deliberating on this situation for a long time now, and I’ve been back and forth on a few things.

First off, I don’t believe in an age cutoff whatsoever of owning a weapon. I don’t think people younger than 18 should be defenseless. So I’ve come up with a sort of FAQ on the situation. Here goes.

Q: He was from Illinois, and a minor. He’s not even supposed to have this rifle!
A: F*ck you. All of god’s creatures have a means to defend themself. Bears have teeth and claws, deer have antlers and hooves, even rabbits run really fast and hear everything. Humans have brains. No claws, no antlers. Humans invent weapons. End of statement. He had a gun and used it because “F*ck you” that’s why.

Q: He transported this rifle across state lines and entered a place that he didn’t belong and just started shooting people.
A: State borders are where tyrants and corrupt criminals attempt to change the law that I stated above. They choose when, where how and IF a human being can defend themselves and I won’t tolerate that. State border be damned. IF this 17 year old guy is anywhere in the universe and chooses to carry any weapon he knows how to use (And damn this kid knows how to use a rifle in CQ) then my hat is off.

I walked down the road of “This kid was kinda stupid” and “He shouldn’t have been there” before I just shook my head and said “WHOA! Hang on.” and finally took on the core principal believe that I hold dear and near.

Every living creature has a natural right to defend itself and roam where it chooses.

....And we can all get together and get him something nice, like a Daniel Defense or a TAR-10.

And that my friend is why the 556/55-77 grn cartridge is very effective at fight stopping. from 0-250m these bullets like to come apart,; making mush of bone and tissue from 250-600 or so, they drill very neat precisely accurate holes if the “pointer” points them right....and are much easier to shoot/hit with under duress than the 30s. We save those for the Medium MGs.

I still prefer 124gr of 7.62x39 and my AKM, but I can’t deny the results of the 5.56 to eliminate commie felons at close range.

Indeed Azeem, the 762 Russian round is effective in its own right. And I know some folks swear that their AK variant will hit a gnats eye at 600m. but we know better.

Right now 7.62x39 can be purchased for .30-.32 cpr. 5.56mm and 9mm are going for double, at least.

If I’m going out to 600m+, the 7.62x54R and .308/7.62x51 are preferable.
