IIRC, it varies by state.

Some have 1-person consent, while pothers have 2-person consent.

Federal law requires 1-party consent, but states may vary.

Depends on where taping was done...DC? Florida? Laws/rules differ depending.

Good point. Probably violates a security rule that you agree to abide by when you enter the property. But if she was taping phone calls I don’t think it would apply.
