Kamala Harris is the Gun Owner’s Worst Nightmare

Kamala Harris is the gun owner’s worst nightmare. Unlike others who merely have an anti-gun philosophy and voting record, she has shown the extremes that she will use in an executive position in order to disarm Americans. Gun owners should be terrified of the possibility of her using those extremes in the White House.

Instead of merely wanting to limit our Second Amendment rights, Kamala Harris simply doesn’t believe in those rights.

In 2008, she used her position as San Francisco District Attorney to sign onto an amicus brief in the Heller case, dealing with whether the D.C. ban on handguns was Constitutional. Harris’ brief argued that the ban did not violate the Constitution because “the Second Amendment provides only a militia-related right to keep and bear arms.”

Thankfully, the Supreme Court did not find this a winning argument in Heller. But Harris never recanted her position. She continues to show that she does not believe that you and I have an individual right to keep and bear arms.

When it comes to the policies that Kamala Harris would champion as Vice President, she makes Elizabeth Warren look soft on gun control.

While neither of these politicians wants you and me to own AR-15's or other semi-automatic firearms that they call “assault weapons,” Warren only supports heavy regulation and a voluntary buyback program for these firearms. Harris, meanwhile, supports a mandatory buyback program. In her own words, a semiautomatic firearm is "a weapon of war, which therefore has no place on the streets of a civil society.”

Harris also supports a litany of gun control, including federally mandated red flag laws, universal background checks, and raising the minimum age for gun purchases.

And she wants to ban states from having “stand-your-ground" laws, severely limiting our ability to use our firearms if needed to defend ourselves—even in our own homes.

These policies are similar to measures that she supported during her tenure as California’s Attorney General. In short, she would love to “Californize” our entire nation’s laws—and then some.

And if the next Congress doesn’t act to pass such “comprehensive gun reform” in its first 100 days, Harris supports using executive action to make it happen. Her history shows that she would not adhere to Constitutional limits on executive power. She would go all out to criminalize the American norms of keeping and bearing arms.

Kamala Harris as Vice President would be the gun owner’s worst nightmare—but it could also be the gun owner’s best call to action.

We’ve already seen how a radical anti-gunner can inspire Americans to stand fiercely for their right to keep and bear arms. After Obama was elected in 2008, gun and ammo sales skyrocketed because Americans were afraid of losing their ability to purchase those items. And after Virginia turned blue in the 2018 General Election, Virginians rose up, established Second Amendment Sanctuary Counties, and ousted liberal local government officials.

Let’s hope that American gun owners don’t wait until after the election to take a stand. If we delay action until a Joe Biden-Kamala Harris reign has begun, we will see radical gun control measures like never before. And we’ll be thrust into a weak defensive position for at least four years—if not much longer.

Instead, gun owners need to make sure Kamala Harris never sees the inside of the White House.

That’s not enough to frighten me in to voting Republican. You’re going to have to do better than that. I simply believe people just don’t care what happens to them any more. I really don’t. Plus, Republicans won’t do what they say they’re going to do either. So, what’s your solution now?

Remember when Republicans controlled the Presidency, House, and Senate, and with this the unfettered opportunity to roll back decades of gun laws forced on us by liberals while shoring up the rights gun owners currently enjoyed?

Instead, gun owners were thanked for their unwavering, steadfast and loyal support to the Republican Party with a bumpstock ban.

There was a thread yesterday on a NR article titled Kamala Harris Is Far Worse Than Hillary Clinton. Several of us rejected that assertion...sure, Harris is a detestable pol, but really...worse that Hillary?

And thus starts the usual round of "this nominee is worse than Hitler and we gotta vote against them or it's TEOTWAWKI." I mean...ok...Harris isn't Sarah Palin and she'd be a terrible VP and eventual P once Biden suffers a double-tap headshot suicide.

But, as you said, ya gotta do better than this, folks. The average voter wants to vote FOR someone. So do I. Biden' support is largely based on him not being Trump. So fight for America, not against statism.

So you would not vote Republican, how about Kanye West? The worst dread of all is to blindly vote in Biden-Harris, with almost certain ascent of Comma-la-la to the Presidency within months if not days of inauguration.

Comma-la-la has no appreciation at ALL of the whole American Experiment, the ideals embodied in the Declaration of Independence and enshrined in the US Constitution as amended, particularly the Bill of Rights. She is an American “citizen” ONLY on the basis of having been born on US soil, and has no historical basis to compare herself to the heritage of the Americans of African origin who were descended from slaves imported centuries ago to what has become the United States of America.

It is doubtful she could pass the same test for citizenship that anyone applying for naturalization must successfully pass, as part of the requirements to be sworn in as a citizen.

Gun owners’ worst nightmare? Probably so, in this wussified nation. However, since gun owners outnumber her and her spawn my orders of magnitude, their voting numbers should be her worst nightmare.

Don’t forget that one of PDJT’s ‘promises’ was to make ALL Concealed Carry Permits good in ALL states?

Remember when a few states ‘allowd’ same sex marriages and basically sued other states to recognize their Sovereign ‘power’ much like Drivers licenses.
States ‘caved’ and not much was said in OUR behalf of the same standards should apply and NY etal have to recognize VA concealed carry permits.

Probably not many believed that could be easily done BUT one would think that maybe the ‘restrictions’ would have been eased in National Parks & Federal Lands...

The ‘deck’ is stacked against us and now they are ‘marking the cards’ while we watch and ‘we’ sit there and let them do it....

We've had more gun laws enacted under President Trump than Obama ever signed.

It pains me to say this but it's true.

Oh, and in 2012, the NRA endorsed for president a man who had signed into law a statewide assault weapons ban.

True, but the base allows them to get away with it election after election. We need to hold them accountable for their false promises and duplicity. Until we do that nothing will change.

Harris is not a natural born citizen due to jurisdiction of Harris’ father’s passport, as well as her mothers. Consider Native Americans who are ‘native born’ and not citizens because of their tribal jurisdiction having treaties with the U.S. Just like Harris’ parents countries of origin have treaties with the U.S. Their passports are evidence of that jurisdiction. And the same for illegal aliens who overstay their visas. The documents they used to obtain a visa are issued from a jurisdiction that has a treaty with the U.S.

So the President could schedule a visit to Congress next Monday, accompanied by US Marshals. When introduced he places Nancy Pelosi under citizens’ arrest for fraudently validating Harris as qualified for the Presidency and election fraud, and have the Marshalls escort her out in shackles.

Then he notes the same problem with the Obama documents attesting to his NBC qualification, and declares Hussein Obama’s term in office as a nullity, affecting the Supreme Court, ObamaCare, etc.

And the coup de grace is when he notes two fraudulent candidates from the DNC, and declares it an insurrectionist organization with criminal history. It is therefore de-certified as a national political party forthwith.

Section 1.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

I loathe the GOP but will NEVER vote DNC.
