I do believe that Kamala Harris, for instance, might truly believe that Trump will lose. The hatred people like her feel for Trump might be enough to elect Biden.

This looks to be the action of some “leaker” on the Biden staff. He has taken on staff from various dem camps, many of which don’t like him. I have no doubt that it is true, but just think it is being leaked to hurt Biteme and make it more possible that he will be dropped.

I don’t know exactly how that would work. We actually vote for electors to cast presidential votes for us. Would they be locked into voting for Biden or could they vote for the replacement?

It is now possible that alternate names, will be offered “from the floor” of whatever kind of convention the dims have, including some person(s) who never entered the primaries. Then one of them will get the nomination “by acclamation”. If that happens I have a bet I would make in private (loose lips sink ships).

I found a painting, The Favourite Of The King completed in 1867 by a Spaniard, Eduardo Zamacois Y Zabala. 

The painting shows the dilemma Democrats find themselves in right now.

To me, the work is brilliant, for the faces in the painting seem to hint at the political infighting that goes on in a royal court or any powerful government's inner circle.

And who exactly is the "Favourite" of the King?  Is it the smiling jester?  Is it the dog?  Or did the painter deliberately use the jester as a proxy for the King — a King who is incompetent or otherwise unworthy of his rank?

And if the jester is not the King, then why did the painter put a crown on the jester's head?!  And why are two knights bowing to a jester? 

• One knight bows his head deeply.  No one can question his obedience from his outward show of respect.  Yet how he feels inside cannot be known.

• But the knight standing next to him bows only halfway and looks up with a smile as if to be saying, "who is this jester who pretends to be our King?"  This guy is a bit like Elizabeth Warren, who puts on a fake smile in a tele-conference with Biden, but quickly rolls her eyes when Biden says something stupid.

• The guard carrying a spear in the background stands behind the jester, so the disdainful look on his face cannot be seen.

• Another man raises his blue hat in respect, and yet he barely raises his eyes, a sign that his respect is only half-hearted.

• The armored knight has a weak smile on his face.  Is he whispering a smirking comment in the ear of blue hat man?

• And look at the dog!  He's dragging his tail shamefully that his master is a jester.

• Finally, the imposing figure in the center of the painting is perhaps the King's chancellor.  This is a brave and competent administrator.  He is a decorated (skin-in-the-game) veteran who realizes he may one day be King.  Yet his smile is ambivalent.  Respectful?  Yes, but perhaps inwardly saying, "My King, are you aware how much of a buffoon you really are?"

Well, that's my opinion.  MAGA.
