I see three camps in the democrat party.
1. The Obamaites. We know them well.
2. The Clintonistas. They and the Obamaites HATE each other. This side is more prone to murder their way to victory. You’ve got to keep an eye on them.
3. The rabid, communist Left, who hate both of the two other sides because they’re not radical enough. Kind of like the Bolsheviks hate for Trotskyites and Mensheviks. Like true Marxist-Leninists, they’ll kill everybody except their top controlling cadre, who we probably don’t even know.

They don’t need to. Biden is not their official nominnee yet. If they get him to drop out before the convention, the eventual nominee will not be bound by Biden’s promise on the VP

This sad spectacle with Biden reminds me of Glen Campbell. Did you ever see the documentary “I won’t miss you when I’m gone”?
Watch it. Even if you saw it - watch it again. Campbell, even more in the throes of Alzheimers than Biden is was put on stage after stage to perform. His family tok a lot of heat. Poor Glen. He didn’t know where is was - he didn’t know his children - he barely knew his wife. But dang it - he could still play the guitar. Very well too.
And maybe this “cruelty” of the Bidens is just like that. An act of love for Joe. This is his seventh and final time at bat for the presidency. And for all appearances - he is having a grand time! He doesn’t know the whole world pities him. In his own feeble mind, he may be having a wonderful time. Believing the lies and the polls that he is actually ahead of Trump.
So his handlers are allowing a demented old man one last vain attempt at glory. Then they’ll chuck him in a Memory Unit.

He’s going to decline the nomination. The problem for the Democrats will be the cat fight to replace him. Certainly Bernie will lay claim and his base will demand he get it with vicious threats if he doesn’t. Party will be in total disarray and divided.
