Although while the dogs have chased the cat, she’ bigger than 2 of them, one always pauses the chase before he catches her, the other three are really too big to be house dogs, so they are restrained when in the house. When allowed, under supervision, to roam free in the house, she stays in her little cat box on the kitchen table until they are safely out of the way.

Every time I’ve introduced a single cat to a single dog, it has worked out very well, and the animals became great friends, with a lot of willingness on the CAT’s part. Domesticated, well-adjusted cats are very curious, and always ready for new experience - (”Oh! Something New to play with!”). You just have to do it carefully and intelligently.

I’ve never tried to integrate one cat into a house full of many dogs...

(I did once know a Goldie who would gently pick up a troublesome kitten in his mouth, and move it to someplace where it would be less of a bother - I think that just became another fun ‘game’ for the kitten :-)
