Eight were arrested Saturday night in Eugene, one for firing a gun in the crowd during the confrontation with counter-protesters and others for vandalism of property downtown early Sunday morning
A protest for the Black Lives Matter movement held in solidarity with Portland protesters Saturday night in Eugene was a night of clashing and close calls, as it almost immediately devolved into an aggressive confrontation with counter-protesters and later property destruction downtown by some.
The deliberate property destruction was reminiscent of the first night of protests following the killing of George Floyd on May 29, where several businesses on Sixth Avenue were vandalized.
But another moment is quickly becoming viral!
Antifa blocked off the streets and prevented an American patriot from using the road. When they surrounded him, he brandished a gun. One of the far-left protesters then brandished a gun back.

After close to a minute the truck driver drove off.
Now watch as the compliant police search for, find and arrest the driver but completely leave alone the antifa soldier, who is still out in the open and rioting.

The thing that triggered these riots was the MSM reporting of the Floyd demise and spiking the facts behind his condition at the time. Because of that getting those facts out are desperately needed

The democrat controlled media racist killing reporting was a deliberate miss portraying of the six foot seven inch 200 plus pound Floyd as an innocent black who was being forceably restrained because he was black not because he was resisting arrest.When He was legitimately arrested for passing a counterfeit $20 dollar bill he was resisting arrest and was a threat if not secured. But the media was not mentioning his size or reporting that Floyd was removed from a squad car because he was acting up under the influence of drugs and also later was discovered to have COVID 19. Which suggests his physical condition may have led to his death which the media turned into a murder change and a charge of serious abuse by police because of police efforts that were tried to get him who under control. That patriot in the truck found himself surrounded by bizarre lunatics and armed himself to protect his life. The Antifa thug pointed a gun at his head. The thug was lucky because the patriot demonstrated remarkable restraint. Some patriots reacting to an Antifa thug pointing a gun at them would not have shown such restraint and without pause would have fired in self defense. The Antifa thug would never have had the opportunity to reflect or shoot back.
That is restraint in hind sight. In the moment, he hesitated from saving his own life. When some slime ball pulls a gun and points it at you after impeding the lawful progress of your vehicle you need to expect the worst. The patriot should have blown his head off as soon as the POS reached for a weapon.
