I have a some sense for Philadelphia since I grew up there. Trump is going to slay Biden in PA with the help of some sections of Philadelphia.
and this is where the libertarians and conservatives differ. Trump has every right to send these men in because the local governments are doing nothing and people are dying.
Libertarians are a whole heck of a lot better than Democrats but they are not conservatives.

I would move ALL federal gubmint employees out of the city, close all federal agencies there, and tell the mayors tough shit. That includes post office, fed courts, immigration, marshals, TSA, etc. All mail would be dumped in a warehouse and you go there to find it. No investigations into bank robberies or kidnapping. No planes to fly out of the city because of no terrorist inspections. No fed moneys given to the city gubmint. No IRS but liens put on all properties because of no tax payments. I would love to see this.

The Federal government has an absolute obligation to secure the peace:
Article IV, Section 4: “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”
When the state executives and legislatures refuse to act against the current insurrection, I see no other course but that the People must declare them ineffective/outlaws and petition the Federal gov’t for relief.
