It’s quite easy to be Vitamin D deficient there.

Yes I was tested. I am deficient. I have the vitamins but often forget to take them.

Checked with my doc and she says it's a good regimen to be on these days.
Ever since I started taking the D3, I have felt so much better and my energy level is much better than it used to be. Coincidence? I don’t know but the real test will be this Fall and Winter. We’ll see if I can escape the common cold or flu.
Some of us have been preaching this vitamin D information for 2 decades now. How it has not become common knowledge escapes me other than to say it would cost drug companies billions upon billions of dollars if accepted and dispersed in the medical community.

I’ve posted about vitamin D on social media in a few places and have gotten some flak. You know what they say, when you’re over the target you draw flak. I’m thinking vitamin D information could disrupt the left’s narrative. As Dr. Rhonda said in the video, 70% of people are deficient. My cynical nature almost wonders if this is planned.

For years, now.
There is absolutely nothing better than regular exercise to stay healthy. Before exercise I was diagnosed border line diabetic, used to get chest pains after a good restaurant meal, and had hip joint pain. Not to mention panic attacks inside closed malls.
All that is long gone since I discovered the treadmill. I am not a fanatic about exercise, just do 27 minutes at leisurely 24 min/mile treadmill speed set at 3 deg up-slope.
The key is doing it every day.
Wear a mask, social distance yourselves, endure lock downs or take the D or both?
A great many of their guys just want the D. That is their problem.
Don’t change what works!
