They should be shot dead with real bullets, none of the rubber variety. After a few casualties they will disappear. If they don’t disappear then keep shooting until there are none left.
We are witnessing the breakdown of the social contract and civil society, in real-time. A Mayor disregarding the needs of tax-paying residents is completely a foreign concept to America. Why should any residents pay any property taxes then. If I lived in Portland, I wouldn’t pay a dime in local and state taxes.
The Silly Portland Autonomous Zone (SPAZ) will end up the same way as Seattle’s - I have the good luck and sense not to live there so I don’t care all that much.
Looking at arrest records (when they actually get arrested), most of these ANTIFA "teens" are in their 30s.

The leftists want the Federal government to leave Portland. The Feds should do just that, starting with the FAA and Air Traffic Control. That would force all the airports in the area to close. So it’s back to the nineteenth century for Portland.

Mayor Ted Wheeler’s family fortune comes from their lumber companies destruction of old growth forests on Chinook lands, polluting Chinook rivers with paper mills, and he owns expensive and exclusive waterfront home and other property on former Chinook lands.
I think better name for this area would have been Chinook Land Idiots Territory
