Do you know George Floyd is listed as a Covid 19 death?
The point being they are listing all deaths as “from” or “with” for the bounty pay out.
How do you explain low number of deaths in Japan, Taiwan and Singapore that are living on top of each other, but have a tiny deaths. This is even though geographically they are a lot closer to the source Wuhan, China.

Unreal and I am sorry. I have Leftists in my family too.
We out debate them most of the time, and they walk away angry. When we would once in a while lose. We would always polite and respectful. No more though. Those days are over.
Primarily because they are Ivy league graduates and think they have all the answers to everything.
I am NOT getting into any of that shit with you.
I’ve seen what it can do to people first hand. You do not want a bad case of this. It can really make your life a mess.
That said, with modest precautions you can avoid it.
I NEVER went around counting the raindrops. Honestly, I think people getting all wrapped up in that are wasting their time. The ONLY numbers that matter is whether or not more people died this year than in previous years.
My point was simply that 135,000 deaths outside of a normal run-of-the-mill death is a big deal. There are many on FR (and I am figuring your are one of them) that do not.
The way that professionals measure the impact of an epidemic or pandemic is to compare the deaths from the periods before, to the period including the pandemic. In the first two quarters of 2020, the death counts for counties that have been through the cycle are significantly higher than prior periods.
When you have that many MORE deaths, does it really matter what caused them? Dead is dead.
I understand you did not like the shut down. I understand your think wearing a mask is stupid. I would not dare to try to change your mind. Clearly, your mind is made up and pretty much closed to discussion. Anyway, I hate when people send me stupid links to You Tube videos, making “their case.” We can agree to disagree.
All I am saying is that the people who study this stuff for a living will show that there were simply a lot more deaths in the first six months of 2020 than in the first six months of the previous three or four years.
THAT is not a matter of debate. Or argument. Or discussion. It is merely a fact.
PS: How does one explain the lower deaths in the placed you note? You must be kidding me, right? Those places are fanatical about hygiene and mask wearing. But, yeah...that stuff “doesn’t work.” It is right in our face—yet because people do not like the “answer” they dismiss it. You guys make me laugh out loud some times.

My wife does. I did.
I do. I’m a porter. We have to clean and sanitize the whole hospital( southern NJ) and we’re constantly being briefed on what’s going on. As of now we have just 11 Covid positive patients. And we’ve been directed that the entire staff of the hospital has to be tested.
MY wife works for a different hospital, in Monmouth County , NJ where we live. She’s been tested and she’s good.
