Friday on Yahoo News Skullduggery podcast, Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) boasted that President Donald Trump made him and other House Democrats look like geniuses for impeaching him in light of reports that the Russians offered bounties on U.S. troops in Afghanistan to Taliban-linked fighters.
Swalwell said, Its certainly not a hoax. This is information that went into the Presidents Daily Brief. This is not the back of a bar napkin.
He continued, Hes the commander in chief. The fact that he would not be told about this just, frankly, I think its bullshit.
When asked about the impeachment, Swalwell said, I think he makes us look like geniuses every day for impeaching him. He was impeached for putting his personal interests above the countrys. ...

Impeaching a (popular) president of the same party that holds the Senate majority is genius?
“Swalwell’s first mistake was starting with “I think”.....”
....farting with “I stink” .....there we go now-fixed it!!
“Fortney “Pete” Stark “
Those kinds of pols look,to get 50% + 1 to win and then its EFF off to the other 49%.
They simply dont care about the rest.
Thats a huge and ongoing problem with these micromanaged district maps.
And part of the continuing trend of self-segregation. We all like to be around like-minded folk.
Swalwells remark can be construed as evidence that desperate, deep state Democrats know that they screwed up big-time with their mock impeachment of PDJT.
Send “Orange Man Bad” federal and state government desparate Democrats and RINOs home in November!
Supporting PDJT with a new patriot Congress and state government leaders that will promise to fully support his already excellent work for MAGA and stopping SARS-CoV-2 will effectively give fast-working Trump a “third term” in office imo.
Curious which thread your post was intended?
And Dublin was no prize, either. It was stuck between San Ramon, Pleasanton, Castro Valley, the Camp Parks Reserve Base, and the Santa Rita prison. Dublin missed out on the growth boom of the 1980s and 1990s, and now just services the intersection of I-680 and I-580 in the East Bay.
From there, Swalwell chose to run for President and become President Trump's yapping ankle-biter.

It is my opinion that everything the Left does results in the same thing as stepping on a rake.
You get slapped in the face and it seems that many of their plans result in their getting slapped...or at least I tend to think that happens.
I believe they do not have the ability to think ahead.
That’s all I meant. Sorry for the confusion.
The best part was when Nadler blocked Schiff from giving the closing statement.

Overtime I see this guy’s name I think of the comment Spitzer or Swallower.
Well “Genius” is certainly the first thing you think of when you think of Swalwell...
Overtime = Every time
Agree with you. I call it Wile E. Coyoteism.
Well sure, if you hate America.
This is from the same party who belittled the WMD intel that brought us the second Gulf War and thought Bush knew about the 9/11 pending attacks via Rice. The Prez gets close to a 1000 pages of intel a day and what is not vetted is put into the bottom. The President gets tangible, ironclad, vetted and verifiable information first. Also, this is similar to the alleged/hearsay/second hand information that Iran had bounties during Bush.
Actually, he unwittingly exposes the abysmally low collective IQ of the democrat party by saying it takes an external entity to make them look smart; that they’re completely incapable of projecting an intellectual ability they don’t have on their own.
Thus illustrating just how hopelessly dim he is to begin with.
Conversely, your average (probably a misnomer, since it assumes there are those above average) democrat would make doorknobs look like geniuses.
I wholeheartedly agree!
