I agree—The state’s Nat’l guard is perfectly capable of handling this, and the mayor and Governor could discuss it and call them in. According to them-it’s a festival and summer of love.

My guess is that there’s lots of covert action going on reporting back to Trump. CIA specializes in trying to create confusion in enemy nations to cause them to implode. Even the worst dictatorship is highly organized compared to the CHOP clown show.
They will eat themselves soon. Since they consider themselves a separate nation, anyone leaving should be subject to very strict border control, COVID testing, STD testing and maybe even a few days of quarantine.
The quarantine camp will include cable tv. One station plays Trump speeches and rally’s, another features Biden speeches and stumblings.
Another teaches the Constitution while the fourth features talks by Thomas Sowell, Milton Freedman and other capitalists.
