Just got the Dirty Harry series, Blazing Saddles and Animal House. Don’t really care for those others. The rest of them are on VHS and gramps will move them on to DVD’s.

The beloved drama starring Clark Gable and Vivien Leigh will be accompanied by a lecture saying how wrong the material is and how to interpret it properly.

Who knows if those conditions will be enough to satiate the woke mob?

The lecture isn’t meant for the woke mob, just getting it
put out there is a victory over the proletariat.

My daughter in law does the best impression of Lilly Von Schtupp. She has got the dialogue down pat. Fun to listen to.

A few more:

Sgt Buffalo with Woody Strode (a forgotten classic)

The Horse Soldiers (Confederates treated respectfully)

Drums in the Deep South same as above

The Outlaw Josie Wales (Yankees depicted as brutal and corrupt)

Northwest Passage (stigmatizes Native Peoples)

They Died With Their Boots On same as above and glorifies heteronormative terrorist G A Custer.

Zulu (need you ask)

Four Feathers (same as above)

Khartoum (insultingly uses a white actor, Olivier, to portray a person of color and freedom fighter, the Mahdi.)

The list can be extended

As soon as I saw the notice of HBO Max pulling it (if even for their historical notations before they put it back) I immediately purchased and downloaded it to my iphone.

Then I immediately purchased and downloaded the iBooks version. I loved the book as a child. I love the movie. I get to decide that for myself and I’m sick to death of what is going on.

Hey, Quentin Tarantino, better watch out. Every single one of his movies are highly at risk. And we all know he’s a Leftie. Wonder how’s he’s going to feel about that.

Walmart had/has a special rack of classics and I bought 2 of these films the other day. “Gone With The Wind” in Blu-ray for $7.50 and “Dirty Harry” for $5.00 in DVD. Get ‘em before they’re gone.

I got my copy of Disney’s “Song of the South” a few years ago

One of my all-time Disney favorites. I remember watching it as a kid and just being entertained....nothing more to it than that.

Of course, the worst offending, stereoptyping movies of black people, are actually made for black people.

Guard your DVD/VHS collections well, they’ll probably be ‘black market’ pretty soon. I really think they’ll shoot up in value in the near future precisely because of this tyranny by the left.

The young people are only going to be exposed to Netflix programming that is from the past few years, and that’ll be a constantly moving target. All the movies we grew up on and are second nature to us, the young ones haven’t even seen, and will NEVER see, if the left has their way.

Khartoum and Zulu are both great flicks. Just rewatched Zulu last week. Hey the Zulus had Ishandlwana, the Brits had Rourke's Drift. Let the Zulus make a movie about Ishandlwana.

Khartoum is a double no-no as it also depicts Gordon's Christianity vanquishing The Mahdi's islam. And although Khartoum fell and Gordon was killed, the Brits later thrashed The Mahdi's army at Omdurman.

It’s my all-time favorite film and I love the book, too. This is all going way too far too fast. #silentmajority
