I’m not particularly upset at this (although wondering why yellow letters, they obscure the yellow lines, and yellow has a clear LEGAL meaning in traffic law, which this might obscure).
But I do wonder where she got money for this, what budget paid for it, and whether that money might have been better spent helping the thousands of black people in her city that have been harmed by the white people rioting and looting.

How many protesters did they have to push off the street so they could paint it?

Its time policemen and policewomen drop off their guns in front of their respective democratic city mayors/governors offices and walk away. Let’s see how much law and order remains? It will be vigilante time for sure!
