Blue State Blues: The Case for Pardoning Barack Obama
Breitbart ^ | May 22, 2020 | Joel B. Pollack

...Barr warmed against “a tit for tat exercise,” politicizing justice or “lower[ing] the standards” just to punish Obama for doing the same. “Not every abuse of power, no matter how outrageous, is necessarily a federal crime,” he cautioned.

Still, if the goal is to restore public confidence in the justice system, the only way is to wipe the slate clean. And the only way to do that would be for Trump to pardon Obama and Biden, preemptively, for the sake of national unity.

It would, of course, drive Obama, Biden, the Democrats, and the media crazy. Pardoning Obama and Biden would, by itself, imply that they had done something wrong — which is exactly why Trump might find it politically useful.

But beyond politics, the only practical course may be one in which the aggrieved party himself ends the cycle of investigation — at least regarding the former president and vice president. And let the rest of them face justice.

I’d like it if some non-white majority country had a strong case against him for crimes commmitted there and made a big issue of getting him extradited.

I don't like this idea. It is too subtle for the average person. It would be too easy for the media would paint it as a political trick done by a desperate man.

It would do more political harm than good

I didn’t think a pardon applies to those that have not yet been convicted of a crime, let alone charged. Pre-emptive pardon???

Pre-emptive pardon???

Yes, a POTUS can issue a preemptive pardon.

So the democrats can get away using scorched earth corruption and the Republicans continue to play by The Marquess of Queensberry Rules.

Why is it always our side that has to cave? I’m sick of it.

I say we burn the rat party to the ground, millions of deaths and all!

I like it. Could obama and biden refuse to be pardoned for their crimes against the people of the United States?

It’s not like we send ex-Presidents to jail in this country or even let it get to trial. Probably not even an indictment. It would create more problems than it would solve.

Remember when Fuglosi said Trump is impeached forever? Well; this would mean obama and biden would be pardoned forever for their crimes. As long as the pardon doesn’t say they didn’t commit the crimes; just that they are pardoned for them.

I guess we would have two recent Presidents with an asterisk next to their name. The difference is Trump’s would be a badge of honor for being railroaded but then beat the dem freaks and obama’s would be a scarlet letter of shame.

PS: Biden says you ain’t black if you don’t vote for him and Epstein didn’t kill himself.

The real problem with doing anything to Obungo is that it would be guaranteed to turn out the black vote for the Dems like has never been seen before. And every other Democrat voter as well.

While I believe that he and Biden should both be on the gallows for treason and other crimes, I’d pull the lever myself, the end result (besides justice being properly meted out) would be our satisfaction and the likely loss for Trump in November.

God willing Trump gets reelected, then yes, get them both. If it starts a civil war, then so be it. It would be further proof that there can never be any sort of republic with the left included.

In 2024 (if Trump gets the second term) the Republican party is going to screw us like nothing doing. They want to teach us a lesson for talking back to our betters by having elected him.

The Wikipedia says about Watergate:

There were 69 people indicted and 48 people—many of them top Nixon administration officials—were convicted.

Plus an pardoned un-indicted co-conspirator.

Look what we got for Trump saying after he was elected he wouldn’t prosecute Hillary. 4 years of BS from Hillary and all her fellow Demorats. Didn’t we learn a lesson from that? He should have arrested her butt, prosecuted her for national security violations and perjury and thrown her in a federal prison.

That doesn't mean none are.

Obama.Biden and the rest need to be arrested and convicted for the crimes they have committed and they need to be sentenced accordingly.

As its been said in the past.If you can’t do the time don’t do the crime.

That crew compiled a large list of serious violations of the law that anybody else that did them would be sitting in a cell for a very long time.

The Founders would be fighting again. We are getting dangerously close. What Obama and Clinton and co. have done should put them in one of two places.

If they are pardoned, they can’t take the fifth. They would have to testify to any and all congressional committees.
