Liberals were howling about Georgia Governor Brian Kemp allowing the state to re-open on April 24. Yet despite the dire predictions of doom a few weeks ago, the number of cases in the state have not only remained flat but have declined by 12% during the past week according to Axios.
PING!
I misread the headline initially and thought to myself, “When did liberals begin slut-shaming?”

If the preliminary estimates hold, the State is about to experience a very steep declined both in the numbers of cases and the number of deaths. If this decline is real, the State of Georgia will explode with social and economic activity.

Just kidding. I know what the State says. I'm in Georgia. I look at that graph 3 times a day.
Whatever is reported is still going to be affected by the delayed onset of symptoms. Deaths on the other hand should be pretty much as reported, but folks around here are still glued to the graph...waiting for the precipitous decline.
