Readers who have dipped into Morning Joe in the last several weeks have been subjected to Joe Scarborough's seemingly endless repetition of President Trump's optimistic statements from the beginning of the epidemic about the small number of virus cases, how they would soon be down to zero, how things were under control, etc.
Today, Scarborough decided to embrace his stultifying shtick. He repeatedly claimed not to be a "repeater," only to yet again and again—and again—quote and requote the president. Mika clearly seemed to have had enough of her husband's act, sarcastically claiming not to know what he was about to say, suggesting that he save it for later, and hanging her head in boredom and exasperation.

Maybe the new NBC News Head will cancel this guy. Then again, he came over to NBC from Telemundo, so I don’t hold out much hope of that happening.

As a Trump voter in the primary and MI election in 2016, and a known Deplorable and FReeper, I try to wear clothes appropriate for being handcuffed and taken away without warning.

Trump sizes up the people he faces in two columns. I think he does it lightening fast. One column are for people he respects, learns from and relies on, (until they prove him wrong).
The other column is for people he considers to be fools, inept, childlike, jokes etc. who in short, teach him nothing, and who he never hesitates to ridicule because he has no respect for them.
In column one he has people like Pompeo, Mnuchin, etc. in the other column are the Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff gang, whom he laughs at, and of course people like the idiot Scarborough.
I’m amazed how Trump is quick and without much planning, able to zing these people i.e Crying Chuck etc I think he knows Scarborough is half a bubble off, was more involved with the intern’s death than is known, and also he knows how to get under the guy’s skin.
He makes a lot of money with the shtick. Most news on the left is a morph of sick entertainment and leftist
propaganda.

I wonder if he will replay some of the media and doctors who were saying the exact same thing at the time.
