Yesterday, I made a blog posted titled Here are 34 reasons why I’m against the COVID-19 lockdowns.
Even though it’s just one day later, I already have something new to add to the list.
A study of hospitalized COVID-19 patients in New York showed that 66% of them are people who stayed home.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo shared initial survey results of hospitalized coronavirus patients during a Wednesday press conference, which said 66% of respondents were at home before being admitted, showing that the virus has continued to spread during lockdown, even as New York prepares for an eventual reopening.
About 1,200 patients were surveyed from 113 hospitals over a three-day period, Cuomo said; his office did not respond to a request for comment by Forbes.
In addition to mostly coming from their homes, surveyed patients were more likely to be over 51 years old, and either nonessential workers, retired or unemployed.
96% of the surveyed patients had co-morbidities, which means nearly all had another chronic medical condition prior to catching coronavirus.
This does not surprise me one bit. Germs are everywhere. They are in the air. They are in the ventilation system. They are everywhere.

they said they stayed home because “I stayed at home” was the obviously correct answer to the question; that doesn’t make it the truthful answer.
Yup. You’re gonna catch it eventually so shutting down the economy is pointless.
What was the nature of these COVID-19 patient’s stay-at-home situation? Were they reclusive or did they have visits? Did they have common mail box locations where they used an elevator to get to? How did they get their food, medicine, drugs—dope?
So what’s the deal, does the virus go through walls or are these people who are staying at home inviting people over who might be infected
Non sequitur. Your offered evidence does not support the conclusion you are trying to present.
I just watched “Plandemic”. It lines up with this: sheltering in place increases our risk because we’re not being exposed to the things that help us build a tolerance (both good bugs and bad bugs). I’m not a scientist but it made sense.
Remember when we were flattening the curve? That morfed into no new deaths and no new cases. IOW a perfect world which is not achievable. The only disease I believe has been eradicated is small pox. Not even polio with a viable vaccine. But we are going to keep going into and out of lockdowns now cow what? To kill the country I guess.
They had documented cases during the SARS outbreak of the virus travelling through pipes and ventilation systems.
I have seen my neighbors just going something out to their car in their own yards and returning quickly inside putting on masks. Others out for a walk, nobody near then for a city block on a hot day wearing masks ... that's because it in the air !
Matters not that everyone is still getting food from Walmart and maybe having their kids bring it home, those who got sick staying at home , somebody picking up their food must have had their mask off in the parking lot, or maybe they went out back without their mask..?
Did people really think that every positive test is hospitalized?
People need to stop making assumptions and do a little research. Maybe read more than the headline.
In China, you only get tested in the hospital, so every “test” is a case. That was rife with its own problems.
In NYC, the Cases, hospitalized, confirmed deaths, and probable deaths are all listed on their website.
BOMBSHELL! They aren’t all in the hospital. They never have been.
But, go on being shocked by the obvious.
Effective lockdowns must be implemented early or not as effective in my non-medical opinion.
Noting that NY government leaders were probably initially misled by China and WHO like WH was, I remember either Gov. Cuomo or Mayor de Blacio telling people not to do anything differently when virus became issue. This led to a delay that probably went past point of no return to start effective lockdown.

Someone on the far side of Australia got it. A kid deep in Amazon died from it. You’d think they were spraying it all over.
Who cares how they got it. The point is they got it, and they got it in spite of orders to quarantine at home. Whereas fresh air would have been a much better antidote. We are ruled over by a bunch of bureaucratic idiots with few exceptions, a bunch of elitists that have jobs, preaching to the peasants (that’s us) many who don’t have jobs anymore.
The answer is ever enlarging civil disobedience in all States. Unrelenting demonstrations by the deplorables whom the leftist elitists look down their collective noses at. Enough folks, enough. The Dems/MSM/anarchists/welfare queens/brainwashed students and professional liberal demonstrators who are always out protesting, are discovering that the deplorables also have a lot of time on their hands now as many are out of jobs, and we are out there taking to the streets to make our voices heard too. Open rebellion time.

The correct answer is, “Yes, the glorious state has granted me the freedom to remain locked in my home like a prisoner and I would never DREAM of going out, comrade!”
I’ve never known how many as a percentage of the population but there are an awful lot of people in NYC who are scared to death of outside. Staying inside wouldn’t help their immune function.
After their teens they stay in more and more. Many of them live with aged parents. But I’ve always wondered how the ones who live alone support themselves but they do.
Many people objected to the Kramer character in Seinfeld having no visible means of support but I bought the character because the must be tens of thousands of shut-ins who do it.

In there it is, that is what happen to a lot of places. The panic / lock downs did not take place until we realize China is lying. Our social distancing and etc started late in the game creating the need for the lock downs. Now that we have things in place we will not need State wide lock downs.
The best thing President Trump did was stop flights from China and Europe.
