I wonder if she has any clue that the economic disruptions due to the pandemic (whether from the quarantines or the disease burden) are temporary, but economic disruption due to Communism is permanent? Or does she understand, and a permanent economic slump is what she really wants? That “Green New Deal” would kill the economy far more surely than any pandemic.

That’s why I have a low opinion of Boston College. Saying she graduated with a degree in economics is utter BS.
The left is incapable of even imagining an America that’s not secure or prosperous, no matter how it’s pillaged or plundered. They’re like spoiled children who believe daddy will always be endlessly rich no matter how much they spend. They can’t conceive of Venezuela, and make such catastrophic suffering a real possibility.
