No. This whole thing was in response to the whine from stores that have been deemed “non-essential”. They super stores, that have groceries (”essential”) and other stuff (”non-essential”) are allowed to be open because they have “essential” but they’re also selling “non-essential”. So she’s banned the sale of “non-essential”. Not the only one to do so in these odd times. The only thing it has to do with flags is they’re on the “non-essential” list. Along with TVs and toys and all kinds of other stuff. Then some whiny internet sillies get a hold of it, obsess on the flag part, and lie and say flags have been banned. But they weren’t. At least not anymore than TVs and toys and all kinds of other stuff.
