The other day I noted thatRachel Maddow and others call on networks not to broadcast Trump coronavirus press conferences.
I pointed out that the claim by Maddow and others is that Trump presents a false or misleading view of the health problem, but in fact it is Maddow and other liberal talking heads who present the misleading view of events... noted that the pressers were must-watch TV, and that likely was contributing to Trump’s surge in the polls. That presents a problems for the media and Democrats.
But I didn’t have any information on the ratings. Now we do, and they are a big hit.

Oh yeah, and his approvals have been shooting straight up. Seeing the man in action destroys the stupid narratives that these a-holes are trying to con the country with.

I also figured out why Trump gives the media all that time to ask questions. The more questions they ask, the dumber they look to the American people and the smarter Trump looks.

Trump is trying to flatten the panic curve now... and the corrupt leftist media fuels it.
By having these successful daily briefs, the media will eventually have to pivot away from the chinese virus coverage and change the topic.
He got them to air these by allowing them to do their stupid attacks at the end.
That hasn’t worked out for them, so now they don’t want to play the game.
Trump’s genius is that he has created a public demand for this presser, now. His willingness to take them on rope-a-doped them into this coverage.
Side benefit is Slow Joe’s show from his command bunker in his basement.

The communists wish Trump would fly out to FL and be disconnected.
Normal people react to something they don’t like on TV by turning to a different channel.
Democrats and leftists react by demanding that no one can watch what they don’t like.
They have very grandiose self-images. If I don’t like something it’s because no one should like it, and therefore no one should be allowed to watch it.

Seems like several aspects of this crisis are coming to a head, all at once. Imagine the MSM trying to censor the President? Imagine the corrupt Democrat leadership jumping the shark, trying to force a bill that would lead to national economic suicide, but then imploding to the point of disintegration of their party? Imagine actions that are already set in motion by the Trump Administration, ending this insanity early and the economy comes roaring back with a vengeance? Are we witness all these historic events happen all at once?
True story! My neighbor who DESPISES Trump said verbatim, “I can’t believe it. He is actually doing a good job. In fact I noticed that the media has misquoted him several times.” To which I just nodded and said sarcastically, “Hmmmmm. Imagine that”. The sheeple are getting an education.
Could be. The only thing missing in all this is when the Republicans insist on voter Id or call the whole thing off. Win.
