Their readership is certifiably insane.
They believe we currently live under a "Putin-style dictatorship" where Trump can call up the local sheriff and have you imprisoned, never to be seen again. They believe that he will never be removed from office, that it doesn't matter who they vote for because the votes will be thrown in the garbage. I look for counter-comments where somebody sane points out their lunacy, but nope, they all just agree with the points. And they're furious with the WaPo because they support Trump by not reporting on this nuttiness. Maddow is the only person in the media they fully trust.

Calling these creatures “journalists” makes as much sense as calling me the Pope. Her piece makes it clear that she believes that it is the role of her brethren to misinform the public to get the result that she believes is correct. Incredibly dangerous in a society we profess to be free and civilized.
