Relying heavily on a report by the Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI), NBC News published this article Thursday that defines boogaloo as a fringe term used by an anti-government movement that advocates for a violent uprising targeting liberal political opponents and law enforcement.
It breathlessly warns that the new and discreet term has moved from the fringes of the internet into the mainstream they're scared, and you should be too.
Forget if you can that the article (quite revealingly) equates anti-government to pro-Second Amendment, and let's just focus on what has to be the underlying message: words equal violence.
After all, there isn't a single violent incident referenced in the entire piece. There are several references to potential violence. There are plenty of innuendos about racist threats and white supremacy. But why was it so hard for NBC News to find an actual example of violence? What about that scary Virginia rally?

Saying “ Gone With The Wind “ is a great movie gets you in trouble with the -ist and -phobia police.
They are trying to “regain” the total thought control they falsely believe they used to have.
I first read about this term as Left speak. Now, it’s been switched apparently.

Great. Now I have to get rid of my Electric Boogaloo video tapes before my house is raided. Can’t risk having incriminating evidence when the police breakdown the door.
And they just made breakdancing an Olympic Event.

Nobody can do the Shingaling like I do;
Nobody can do the Shake like I do;
Nobody can do the Boogaloo like I do;
Nobody can do the Philly like I do.

I still have yet to hear a single human being utter the word “boogaloo” for at least 20 years. It appears in articles such as this, and that’s about it. Mature adults just don’t talk that way. Even the kooks who constantly harp that “CWII is coming!” don’t use the word. It sounds like something Robert Downey Jr’s character in Tropic Thunder, “Kirk Lazarus” would use. Never go full boogaloo.
Maybe I just hang with the right crowd...
Heres a clue for the projectors that are the MSM. We dont need imaginary code words to express what we mean. That is their speciality. If this country ever makes the mistake to give control to those wishing to silence conservatives they wont need a made up word. War is what it will be called us as we wage it. Simple.
Forgot the by. Oops
That song and Breakin’2 are the only contexts in which I have ever heard the term, and I’m not even sure they are spelled the same.
WHich is of course, silly. It's a great movie for many reasons. Scarlett is insane. THere's the sweep of history. It's one of the first Hollywood color epics. It's grand in some sense the way the more modern Dr. Zhivago is.
You know, that is why I like the movie Cleopatra with LIz Taylor...yeah, it got panned, but the scene with the entry of Cleoptra into Rome is worth the price of admission right there... They just don’t make those great movies anymore...and a great movie is one that has an intermission, as well as the Overture...an event! Popcorn time!
Gone with the Wind
was referred to
as a “Slave Movie”
.
Ridiculous!
