During a trip to Arizona and New Mexico, I filmed the construction of new border wall being built east of Douglas, Arizona. An extremely impressive undertaking.
This video hopes to remind viewers how incredibly innovative & productive our construction industry is. It reminded me of the Alaska Pipeline Project, in which I personally managed a small portion of. After the politics settle, our relationship with Mexico will dramatically improve, the environment will be just fine (as was the environment in Alaska post project), the word "illegal" immigrant will be gone, and in its place increased & rejuvenating legal immigration:
p
the word “illegal” immigrant will be gone,
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I hope so, because illegal alien is the correct term.
Immigrants are people who apply for, pay for, wait for and comply with the documents that make them immigrants.
Even after the wall is completed we have a long road ahead of removing the 30+ million illegal aliens that are already here.
Stopping the flow does nothing about those already here.
Thanks for posting, that was interesting to watch.
American made steel!!
Good stuff...Thanks for posting!
Bump!
That is an awesome and impressive video. Thanks for posting. I sent it to all in my email address book.
Question - Anyone know how deep the concrete foundation goes on this fence. it doesnt look very deep in the video and the section of steel fence seems to only set in 4 feet or so into the concrete. Not too difficult to tunnel under, or is there more to it?
There are sensors to help detect digging.
Hm. Looks like a wall being built to ME!
Thanks for posting it!
I’ve read 10 feet of concrete, several times.
American Jobs Jobs Jobs! Building that Wall!
And I made it in before the structural engineers of FR tell us nuffin’ is being done and that beaners can climb over it.
As with a sinking ship, you must stop the inflow of water first.
I can just imagine Trump, looking at the money being spent each year on illegals and the damage they do, and saying “Why are we letting them just walk in? Why are we letting the problem get bigger? Why don’t we build a big, beautiful wall?”
Thinden - someone asks on the thread about depth of concrete. I said “10 feet”, is that what you’ve read too?
That would be a good number. Hopefully lots of rebar included in that.
Nice video..
Great to see our tax dollars being used to benefit the American people.
This post made my day. So did seeing my dear friend Michelle and her husband camped out at the Coliseum in Phx to go to the Trump rally!
