Former Acting Director of the FBI Andrew McCabe will not face criminal charges for allegedly lying to agents about a leak to reporters, according to a Department of Justice (DOJ) letter released Friday afternoon.

J.P. Cooney and Molly Gaston, two officials in the DOJ’s Fraud & Public Corruption Section, wrote to McCabe’s lawyers, saying, “after careful consideration, the Government has decided not to pursue criminal charges against your client, Andrew G. McCabe.”
But what about this older interview of Andrew where he admits that they were in consideration to remove the sitting President from its position. Shouldn’t we consider this as a crime?
“There were meetings at the Justice Department at which it was discussed whether the vice president and a majority of the Cabinet could be brought together to remove the president of the United States under the 25th Amendment,” CBS 60 Minutes reporter Scott Pelley said. “These were the eight days from Comey’s firing to the point that Robert Mueller was appointed special counsel. And the highest levels of American law enforcement were trying to figure out what do with the president.” “McCabe … is the very first person involved in these meetings who have come out and spoken publicly,” Pelly said on CBS “This Morning” on Thursday. “They were counting noses, they were not asking cabinet members whether they would vote for or against removing the president but they were speculating ‘This person would be with us. That person would not be…’ and they were counting noses in that effort. … This was not perceived to be a joke.”

This proves McCabe should have been fired. It also proves he is trying to sell a book. It was a Clinton law firm that started the Pee Document. You need lawyers in handcuffs.
While Americans vote for their POTUS, the FBI is deciding all on their own to get rid of him?
THIS is why we don't trust the "Blind" Justice System. It is only blind to crimes committed by Deep State Swampers and Democrats.

Why would two seemingly low-level people write this? It would need sign-off by the AG, I would think. For such a high-profile case, wouldn’t Barr be the one taking the pronouncement? Something doesn’t seem to add up.

Even if PDJT exposed every minutiae about every single scandal and crime, what good would it do? The people who are responsible for taking action to prosecute are the bad guys, too. We’re screwed.

Trump doesn’t need an “order to release” those thousand pages but he can send them out on the White House website. Trump himself doesn’t have to rely on any swamp creature to push the button to make it happen either. He can do it all by himself!
Of course he doesn't...But he's not going to dig thru the computer files searching for the relevant documents...He's going to have to depend on Obama/Clinton holdovers to do it for him...
