The big difference is that Bill Clinton actually broke a real law, and had humiliated himself, his family, and Monica in the process. He apologized because he was found not guilty even though he was actually guilty of a crime. Trump was not charged with any recognizable crime and had nothing to apologize for. The dems and their media puppetmasters are the ones who should be apologizing.
Trump was never impeached. My understanding is there never was a vote in the House to impeach. Petty Pelosi just decreed impeachment as the Speaker.

I don't remember any apology at all from Clinton for impeachment. I remember the gloat party you mention, the media covered it and talked about how blasé Clinton was and about how the whole thing meant absolutely nothing to him, or to them (the MSM).
