Not good! I thought his case would be reversed with new lawyer Sidney Powell came aboard. Amazing! Flynn is about to be incarcerated while Peter Strzok and Andrew McCabe are worried about nothing.

Only option now is to withdraw the plea, and fight 100% and expose all of the DOJ and FBI setup. Get every agent on the stand, have them answer under oath if they were lying in the 302 (federal crime) or lying now (perjury) about what Flynn was doing and what they did.
When sh*t gets real for the DOJ and FBI maybe they start to understand it will only get worse.

So Flynn’s attorney demanding that the Fed prosecutors/persecutors produce Brady material is viewed as being “uncooperative”? Kinda like Trump using Executive powers and being accused of using Executive powers.... Eeeeesh!

Peter never even stopped working at the FBI... he's still consulting to this day.

I'm betting Powell told Flynn that this could happen. She's no dummy, and discussed the government's doing this if he chose to fight.

The DOJ was reeling when Powell came in and asked for the Brady material. They quickly released that they had doctored their interview records (oops! just an accident!) and said they didn't want jail time. That was good enough for the judge who denied the Brady request. Now the DOJ is playing hardball again because they can.

Whatever is in that material sure must be damning for them to curl up like they did and then release the venom as soon as the coast is clear. Sadly we'll never know what it is because judges don't follow the law anymore.

When he hired Sidney Powell and she filed the original motion to have the case thrown out, he also refused to cooperate.

As I've said for more than two years now ... This guy seems like he's botched his own case since the start.
