The Justice Department reversed its prior recommendation and asked that General Flynn be incarcerated for up to 6 months.
The DOJ previously asked for no jail time.
The DOJ is now accusing Flynn of being uncooperative and failing to accept responsibility for his “serious” offense.
The judge previously set Flynn’s sentencing date for January 28 after rejecting Sidney Powell’s request for Brady Material.

When I saw that ‘Barr punted the Durham Report until the summer’ that told me it would be slow walked until the election.
I remember info about the truth of Benghazi was ready to come out but was put off so the lies could effect the election negatively for Trump.

“Durham Report” is a bad term. Durham is a prosecutor not a report maker. The first thing you are going hear from Durham is that so and so is indicted.... And so on.

Trump hired Flynn to help him dismantle Obama’s Iranian Nuclear deal. The deep state had to set Flynn up and take him out.
This is why I know Barr is a joke. Flynn can be prosecuted but no democrat has been.
I won’t vote for Trump if no Dems are prosecuted. Period. Trump’s failure to restore the rule of law means we are left without a Constitution, only corruption. I’d rather vote in a democrat and get the show.started while I am not 4 years older.

Bingo. Democrats are taking General Flynn hostage and daring President Trump to issue a Presidential Pardon.
I hope President Trump calls their bluff and does it.
Only if DoJ kept their end of the deal. Once the pulled out of the deal (going for jail time, reversing themselves) the plea agreement is null and void
Flynn can appeal the Judge's ruling post Jan 28th if it doesn't go his way.
I think what some people are missing in all this is that the judge in this case once asked Flynn if he'd like to re-consider his plea agreement. To me that indicated the Judge though the case against him was very weak and that Flynn would likely win in a court battle.
That's my memory anyway, not sure how much I trust it.

It’s a pejorative term. There are not going to be prosecutions of significance. If there where it wouldn’t be dropping in the middle of campaign season as Barr implied. There is plenty of low hanging indictable fruit and none of it is being touched by Barr/Durham.
The proof is in the pudding as they say. 16 months after criminal referral and still no indictment of McCabe for non coup related crimes. Meanwhile, the Barr DOJ continues to assault General Flynn at its leisure.
