The Most Significant Thing Trump Could Do For World Peace Is To Bring Down The Iranian Regime…From The Inside
CD Media ^ | 1/5/2020 | L Todd Wood

The Mullahs in Iran hijacked a legitimate revolution in the late ’70s against a repressive, murderous Shah in order to establish a murderous, repressive, evil regime of their own. The Mullahs have killed hundreds of thousands of their own citizens in order to stay in power. They have raped the country economically to the point where large swaths of the country don’t even have fresh water.

Most Iranian youth have no future. This is why thousands of them recently gave their lives willingly walking into the machine guns and tanks of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRCG), the Mullahs Nazi-like protectors of ill-gotten wealth, who tried to stop the spontaneous, country-wide demonstrations which erupted over a rise in fuel prices.

President Trump is right to protect American lives in the Middle East by killing the man who was planning even further bloodshed on and off American soil, a man with the blood of thousands of innocents on his hands.

President Trump is right to continue squeezing the Islamic Republic of Iran economically with sanctions to shut down the flow of dollars to the medieval Mullahs.

President Trump is right to contain Iran, not go to war, but to prevent them from continuing to weaponize the Middle East as a playground for terror for their evil agenda outside their own borders.

President Trump should push to bring down this horrific regime…from the inside.

Think of a Middle East without the world’s most prolific sponsor of terror. Think of a world without Iranian militias in Iraq (which George Bush enabled). Think of a world without Hezbollah in Lebanon and Syria, which pressure Israel, a strategic American ally.

Trump doesn’t have to send troops to Iran. He can continue to tighten the noose. The Iranian people will do the rest.

I have spent much time with the People’s Mujahadeen of Iran, the Iranian Resistance, or sometimes called the PMOI/MEK. I’m proud to call them my friends. They are determined to end this evil state of affairs in Iran, and install a democratic government, a tolerant form of Islam, equal rights for females, a free market, and most of all…peace in the region.

I have seen their leader’s ten point plan for a new Iran. I have seen their promise to hold free elections within six months of bringing down the regime.

I have also listened to survivors of the 1988 massacre, where over 30,000 members of the resistance were executed in cold blood. Over 120,000 of the group have been tortured and executed by the Mullahs over the last few decades. I’ve seen them weep uncontrollably at the memories of their friends fighting the regime heroically, with only their words, to the bitter end.

The Iranians don’t need American troops. They do need our help to continue to pressure the Mullahs from the outside. The revolution will come from inside — just give them the tools to help make it happen.

We’ve had other opportunities in 40 years. Why now?

What they call a murderous regime was a regime trying to keep control over mullahs and communists.

Iran was a relatively free country while he ruled. The mullahs didn’t hijack the revolution, they teamed with the communists to overthrow him, and the result was a slow-motion nightmare. Leftist Iranian students were thrilled for about five minutes, and then reality set in.

Somewhere in IRAN there is a roomful of Generals guessing which targets comprise the 52.

That makes me happy.

Also, some quick calculations puts the $80M bounty at about 4.7% of the total $1.7B US taxpayer dollars Obama and the deep state put on pallets and sent to fund Iranian global state sponsored terrorism.

Actually, if it all went to bounties, there is enough cash left to target 21.28 additional world leaders.

Thanks Obama and deep state traitors. /s

We see the same dynamic here. The Left teams with the islamists, because they see them as an ally against us. They don’t realize that the crocodile that eats them last, eats them just the same.

The problem with these young “revolutionaries” is that they never seem to realize then when the communist really do take over, they are the first to go.

Cause’ the communists lied to them and see the revolutionaries as a threat to their newly gained power.

What should have been done was during the Reagan Administration after the hostage crisis and the slaughter of our Marines.

Exactly, MAGAlady, and that's what he has been doing. Our only responsbility is to keep our enemies fighting one another, and to make sure they don't A) run out of ammo and B) migrate to other countries, including ours.

Start the process by taking Valerie Jarrett and Hanoi John Effin’ Kerry into “protective” custody and remove them to an undisclosed location.

Destroy their nukes, then the regime won’t be more than a bunch of towelheads arguing over camels and figs.

This is an outright lie! The Shah was not murderous — although he certainly was not “democratic” as he did repress the crazy murderous mullahs and islamist/communist agitators. The Shah was a beacon of light in the middle east. Iran was prosperous. The Shah believed in education and women were emancipated. One of the worst things that Carter did was allow the Shah to fall, the other was giving up the Panama Canal and in so doing give the Chinese control of it.

Carter’s man Zbigniew Brzezinski sold the idea that the ayatollah would be a reliable bulwark against the soviets. His idea was that aligning ourselves with fundamentalist Islam was the way to gut the USSR like a fish, by promoting muslim insurgencies in the Muslim soviet states.

You’ve heard the stories, that Brzezinski flew to Iran and told the Shah’s generals to stand down in the face of the ayatollah’s revolution. They did, and within three months of that meeting, every one of them was dead, executed by the ayatollah.

I have also heard whispers of corruption that Carter’s men proposed and the Shah refused to go along with, that contributed to his downfall. Once he was forced out, dying of cancer, Carter refused him safe haven, and leaned on Panama to push him out. I remember Sadat of Egypt stepped up and gave him refuge and a place to die. I admired Sadat from that moment and despised Carter to his dying day.

Why not now?
First time we had a President willing to actually work at it instead of paying lips service and then leaving them hanging out to dry....he’s already made comments directed at the Iranian people to that effect.
