It will not end well for the State, please God.

The law is the law—unless you’re an illegal immigrant or a Democrat office-holder. In which case, the law is whatever you want it to be. For the rest of us second-class citizens, the law is the law.

Gun confiscation could very well be the spark that ignites a civil war.

Democratic House Delegate Lee Carter has introduced a bill which makes any law enforcement officer that specifically refuses to enforce Virginia’s strict gun laws open to immediate termination.

The American people have to be made aware of this.

The media will cover this up.

State Police officers ordered to confiscate guns should refuse on the grounds that it is UnConstitutional and when they get in trouble for NOT carrying out the order should remind the leftist politicians and their lackeys that “I was just following orders” was no viable defense to the Nazis.

The first things tyrants do is to confiscate the guns of the populace. When the People have no guns they can no longer say ‘NO’ to the evil tyrant.

They should converge on this governor’s house. They need to instill a healthy fear of the people into the elites.

Every car and pickup in the state needs to have a full scale cardboard 3D model of an AR in their back windows. Every single vehicle.

Let the asshole communist VA politicians figure that out.

Oh, it’s not so bad. Only legal registered law abiding citizens would have to turn in their firearms; street gangs are exempt.

When it is time to start burying your guns, it is really the time to start digging them up.

It’s important to note in this brouhaha:
1. No such law has been enacted.
2. There will NOT be door to door confiscation.
3. The Governor has not raised the specter of confiscation, nor calling out the guard.

Commies just like these laws on the books in case they catch somebody. Then you’re screwed.

Amendment IV:

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated”

Part of being secure is not being on a list.

It's not only that unreasonable seizures are prohibited, but building the ability to perform unreasonable seizures is also prohibited.

Amendment XIV Section 3:

"No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

Article VI of the Constitution:

“The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution...”

Try messing with our Amendment II and VI rights and we will get you thrown out and barred from public office.

On Capitol Hill, Democrats are excited about Virginia’s authoritarian wet dream. Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-VA) told the Washington Examiner he hopes the local county police who are refusing to enforce these gun control measures resign or, “they [will be] prosecuted for failure to fulfill their oath.”

Coonman Northam already violated the Hippocratic Oath taken by all physicians with his statements about murdering newborn babies. Democrats violate the oaths they took to uphold the Constitution. Rep. connolly is pretty selective about which oaths he considers important.

So Democrats are going to try to steal all the guns. How cool is that?

I wonder if I can have their houses? They, their wives, their parents, their children, aunts, uncles, cousins, pets won't be needing theirs, where they are going...

Will Brazil be far enough away for them?
