Trump is making more inroads with the black vote than Romney, McCain and Bush put together ever did. Hopefully the GOP will finally learn that playing Democrat-lite is not going to win over the black and Hispanic votes. There are a lot of lessons the GOP could learn from Trump if they actually cared about principles and delivering on their commitments to their voters instead of feeding at the same trough as their Democrat friends.
Or they’ll find black voters who have lost their job in the past three years and somehow insist Trump was directly responsible.

Also, have you noticed how many”Grassroots” African-Americans they are willing to come forward and proudly throw their support to President Trump! You see the support coming from the African-American community from every social economic level… Is exciting. What’s most exciting to me is that African Americans may be finally waking up to the fact that they have been enslaved by the Democratic Party.
I would be so thrilled to see President Trump get 30% or more of the African-American support at the polls. What a joyous day that would be!

Both Rasmussen and Emerson show Trump approval at 34% among blacks. It’s a little hard to tell from the article, but the Rasmussen poll may be just of “likely voters” which are the only ones I pay attention to. And even that doesn’t mean much this far away from the elections.
The Emerson poll appears to be for black registered voters, not likely voters.
...at 34.5%, up from 8% who voted for him three years ago!!! Wow! Just WOW!
