This is a current lose/lose for Schiff-for-brains, and a win/win for Trump.
Despite the media going on TV each night telling us that each witness said "OMG THERE WAS A QUID-PRO-QUO" each witness actually said "There was no quid-pro-quo"...
It was only their opinions about something they heard from a friend who heard it from a friend who heard it from another Trump was messing around.
So, if they vote to impeach, Trump goes to the Senate and calls them ALL as witlesses... (<~~ get it?) -even Shifty Schiffhead, and the 'whistleblower'.
He will ask if they coordinated in advance, Schiffless will be proven to have lied over and over and over... He will finally find out how they get the form changed to allow hearsay. He may even get censured and thrown out of Congress for it.
A giant win for Trump.
If they vote NOT TO impeach, it's also a giant WIN for Trump...

Even if it dies in the Senate the Rats have a Year to pronounce that POTUS Trump was Impeached (but not convicted) and cannot be Reelected.
The compliant DNC Media will have an entire year to change hearts and Minds...
They will use this to attack anything POTUS Trump does, especially when it comes to Nominating Judges, especially if RBG kicks the bucket.

You’re reading too much into Noonan’s bullshit on this. Her WSJ piece is no different than the comment today from that wretched dog Jennifer Rubin, who swore that she’d never support any Republican who refuses to impeach Trump and remove him from office. These two are Hillary Clinton supporters who have been masquerading as “Republicans” ... only to have the masks torn off their ugly faces as their con game has been exposed.
I don’t think they have to votes for it. They dug a deep hole, that is their only way out. They got their talking points out to the press.
The hold purpose was to set up a reason to state coming reports are retributions. That is their defense.

The House won’t have a vote. They are simply trying to damage President Trump. Many Dems in Trump districts don’t want to be on record to remove him.
Trump is not a winner in any of this.

I disagree that they won’t vote. If they don’t vote, after hyping this up for three years, their base will be beyond furious.
I think that the only way that they can get out of this hole they dug is to have a vote, but to rig it so that the vote to impeach fails. This would be done by having all the red and purple state democrats vote against it.

Maybe not. They're on vacation, again. They could stall it into the holidays. Now that they've angered US Senators enough to maybe support President Trump, I'd think they don't want it to come up in the Senate.
Meanwhile, we all have to keep conveying the message to those feckless sellouts who use us as their voting fodder. If this fiasco sinks President Trump, there won't be any Republican Party remaining.
I think just the opposite. With articles of impeachment, the Dem House will impeach. Subsequently, the Senate will not convict. The Dems and their media allies will then accuse and convict every Republican Senator and House member of protecting a "corrupt and obviously guilty President." The onslaught will be predictable and it will continue up to the 2020 election.
