IIRC, the recommendation was .....no time.
The law firm is not going to withhold any of their former client’s correspondence records and they are not going to refund him their fees. Doesn’t work that way.
Victoria Toensing?
I’m guessing Dershowitz.
Although he’s already got a gig and might want to save his powder to represent Trump if the need arises.
Gowdy has returned to private practice.
Handling the appeal?
hes already got a gig?.......Who the client?...........
FoxNews.
I’m thinking he’s changing the plea and getting the charges dropped..............
Thinking Dershowitz. He’s a defense attorney with an axe to grind on issues surrounding illegal government surveillance.
Oh, I thought you meant he had a legal client..................

It would appear that Gen. Flynn has come in to some money... or a different source of support.
“Never understood why Flynn hired the law firm Covington & Burling in the first place. It is closely tied to the Democratic party.”
That firm is close to Eric Holder. It made no sense. I think Flynn got steered into making a bad choice. He thought they would steer him clear. They just steered him down a deep hole.
No idea who the new people are but I don’t know how this helps Gen. Flynn.
Prayers that somehow it does.

That’s why I review the last articles posted up till the time I previously
left. That way I can see what articles have been posted and what I missed.
Possible exculpatory evidence that would exonerate him, and/or information gleaned from Horowitz's, Barr's, or Durham's investigations so far. Flynn was railroaded, especially singled out, and not provided the same FBI interview standards Hillary and her minions received.
Dunno where he might have come up with the $350K he’s gonna need; but then, he’s a man who can keep secrets.
Pro Bono representation?
That would be nice!
