I don’t know why you’re bringing up straw man questions. I think a lot of Christians like to chest-thump over the horrible hell that their enemies will get, and lose sight of “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” When one is willing to let God be God and work what’s fair and equitable, one begins to enter greater and greater degrees of grace.
As I said, no where in there does it say Christ is fair to some and unfair to others. No, when He judges everyone who refused to accept His FREE offer of Grace, they will not be saved and will appear before the Great White Throne judgment after the 1,000 year Millennium reign of Christ on earth which comes after the 7 year Tribulation period. During the Tribulation, Christ will have called His bride home to Heaven and we shall all appear before the Bema Seat where we believers shall be judged for what we did AFTER we were saved. There we shall receive rewards for what we did. If we did not do anything other than believe, or did everything we did just to get pats on the back, all that will be burned up and we receive nothing. All that is discussed in 1st and 2d Corinthians. And, even there, nothing is mentioned about being "fair" to us. Again, it is up to us. Did we work after we were saved or did we do nothing or did we do stuff so that people around us could hear us brag on what I or you might have done for Christ today. That would be burned also.
To be brutally honest, I do not close my eyes at night until after I have gone to the LORD in prayer and pray for all those people who are lost. If you think I am chest thumping you are horribly wrong!! I pray for them all. I have family that simply refuses to go to Church or even wants to hear you talk to them about Christ. That bothers me greatly. So, if you took it that way, sorry, that is not what I was saying.
