I don’t know why you’re bringing up straw man questions. I think a lot of Christians like to chest-thump over the horrible hell that their enemies will get, and lose sight of “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.” When one is willing to let God be God and work what’s fair and equitable, one begins to enter greater and greater degrees of grace.

I am not thumping my chest over anyone going into the Lake of Fire. In fact, it bothers me greatly that people do not believe. As for being God being fair, well I have found no Scripture references that God grades on a curve, or that He will be fair to some and unfair to other. Nope. That is not how it works. The ONE thing He gave us is to BELIEVE the Gospel of Grace that Paul gave us in 1 Corinthians 15, verses 1 thru 4. BELIEVE that Jesus died for my sins, that He was buried, and on the 3d day, He rose from the dead, in victory over death, hell and the grave. When we believe, then we are adopted into His family. He is the Head of the Body of Christ. We are the Body of Christ. No where in there does it say anything about being fair. I share the Gospel with many people. THAT is all I can do. It is NOT my job to save them. Once I share the Gospel, the Holy Spirit of God takes over. He convicts them of their sins and He works on them. If they refuse to believe, then it is their loss, not mine, not the Holy Spirit's or Christ Jesus' problem. It is the person that REFUSES to believe. THAT is what sends a person to the Lake of Fire. Nothing about being fair or unfair. EVERYBODY since around 40 AD or thereabouts, when Paul received all his learning from Christ Himself, that is when people started to receive the Word of Truth and it started being our choice, believe or deny.

As I said, no where in there does it say Christ is fair to some and unfair to others. No, when He judges everyone who refused to accept His FREE offer of Grace, they will not be saved and will appear before the Great White Throne judgment after the 1,000 year Millennium reign of Christ on earth which comes after the 7 year Tribulation period. During the Tribulation, Christ will have called His bride home to Heaven and we shall all appear before the Bema Seat where we believers shall be judged for what we did AFTER we were saved. There we shall receive rewards for what we did. If we did not do anything other than believe, or did everything we did just to get pats on the back, all that will be burned up and we receive nothing. All that is discussed in 1st and 2d Corinthians. And, even there, nothing is mentioned about being "fair" to us. Again, it is up to us. Did we work after we were saved or did we do nothing or did we do stuff so that people around us could hear us brag on what I or you might have done for Christ today. That would be burned also.

To be brutally honest, I do not close my eyes at night until after I have gone to the LORD in prayer and pray for all those people who are lost. If you think I am chest thumping you are horribly wrong!! I pray for them all. I have family that simply refuses to go to Church or even wants to hear you talk to them about Christ. That bothers me greatly. So, if you took it that way, sorry, that is not what I was saying.
