I mentioned the supposed herpes solution to a couple of friends with the problem. Based on the video, one of them decided to try it out. If it “works”, the other will try it, too. I’m suggesting they add niacin and L-glutamine (the current version of the niacin protocol) to the mix. The niacin should help the circulatory system get the active ingredients everywhere in the body. L-glutamine is known to inhibit the herpes virus. The combination of niacin and L-glutamine strengthens the immune system.
I’d like to hear from anyone here who has used castor oil packs . Have been watching YT videos about it and am amazed if it does as much as they say.
