I’d like to hear from anyone here who has used castor oil packs . Have been watching YT videos about it and am amazed if it does as much as they say.

LJ, you told me to use CO for a wrist injury and it helped.

I’ve used castor oil packs many times; in fact I always keep a bottle of castor oil on hand. I have to do some things right now but will post my method; it is on this thread...somewhere... you might find it by scrolling back.
