They need to be abolished completely.
Our colleges have become the exact opposite of education.
I deal with people on the famed “content of character” plain. No matter what age they are, who they are, where they came from, what their origins are.
If they are straight up, truthful, and have integrity I really don’t see the need to not deal with them. It is all the other negative attributes that play into my decisions to network and interface with them, or not. No matter who they are.

White studies is an off shoot of black study departments which formulated Critical Race Theory. CRT was created by communists to explain why blacks do so poorly on the liberal plantation.
Nutshell: Everything bad that ever happened to a black is a white’s fault. White studies shames whites to submit to the black experience of being screwed over by whites.
Oh and pay reparations and shut up about it.

There is no pure black in nature. There are no absolutely black people on this planet. There are no pure white people. No human can pass the white-tissue test. We are ALL one shade or another of brown...except for albinos, who are pink.
Could some people just get over judging others by skin tone already?
I got a feeling not even all of the snowflake working white college grads will want their taxes spent on that.
Many will, but it will slice some votes from them and that’s a start.
