On Friday, Mr. Huber, a US Attorney from Utah, sent a message to Americans he is committed to holding offenders accountable.
US Attorneys thoroughly enjoyed our time with AG Barr this week. He is a solid, proven leader with a clear vision for the @DOJ. We will move forward with his priorities, hold offenders accountable, and advance the rule of law. pic.twitter.com/cl1ApkgD7o

Heres what we know so far with the information that is publicly available:
Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee say John Huber still has not interviewed key witnesses and they want answers.
Mark Meadows (R-NC), Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Doug Collins (R-GA) sent a letter to special prosecutor John Huber on January 8th demanding answers by a January 21st deadline.
Your investigation has been ongoing for over nine months. During the course of our extensive investigation we have interviewed more than a dozen current and former DOJ and FBI personnel, and were surprised to hear none of these potentially informative witnesses testified to speaking with you, the GOP lawmakers wrote.
The Republican Congressmen then blasted Huber for being a no-show at the December hearing where Clinton Foundation whistleblowers Lawrence Doyle of DM Income Advisors and John Moynihan of JFM Associates testified.
Further, last month, then-chairman Mark Meadows invited you to testify as a witness at the Subcommittee on Government Operations hearing Oversight of Nonprofit Organizations: A Case Study on the Clinton Foundation. We were disappointed to learn from the department that you were not enthusiastic about testifying when declining the invitation.
We?
You got a mouse in your pocket, Oooks?
Check it out bags MSM is pissed that it didn’t leak that Huber has been investigating Hillary
It strains credulity to believe that the Justice Department didnt know about this letter when they swore under penalty of perjury that it didnt existyou dont exactly forget about a formal directive to investigate Hillary Clinton signed by Jeff Sessions, he added.
The fact that they only found it the same week Matthew Whitaker was heading for the exit makes it hard to see DOJs previous denial as anything but a deliberate attempt to conceal
.
Sessions and Whitaker shouldnt escape accountability by skipping town.
We understand now why we've been targeted daily by the FAKE NEWS media and SHILLS? TODAY THEY ARE LEARNING THE TRUTH. You have been prepared for what is about to take place. DARK TO LIGHT. ENJOY THE SHOW! WWG1WGA!!!
Now that is some...ahem...reporting.
No when. (a month ago? a year ago?)
No who. (name names, damn it! who is "they", specifically?)
No where. (where was this sworn testimony given?)
We do have the what. (it (the letter) didnt exist)
The only thing left is...deep, sucking intake of breath...WHY!
No help there either.
Which lawyer?
Which court?
Which senior officials?
Sessions directs prosecutors to 'evaluate certain issues' involving Uranium One and Clinton, leaves door open on special counsel November 13, 2017
Attorney General Jeff Sessions directed senior federal prosecutors to evaluate certain issues requested by congressional Republicans, involving the sale of Uranium One and alleged unlawful dealings related to the Clinton Foundation, leaving the door open for an appointment of another special counsel.
In a letter first obtained by Fox News, the Justice Department responded to July 27 and September 26 requests from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., and other committee members, who called for the appointment of a special counsel to investigate the matters in question.
Look how close the wording is here compared to the Sessions letter at the link...
The Attorney General has directed senior federal prosecutors to evaluate certain issues raised in your letters, Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd wrote.
These senior prosecutors will report directly to the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General [Rod Rosenstein], as appropriate, and will make recommendations as to whether any matters not currently under investigation should be opened, whether any matters currently under investigation require further resources, or whether any matters merit the appointment of a Special Counsel, Boyd wrote.
The Justice Department does not ordinarily confirm or deny investigations, and Boyd wrote that this letter should not be construed to do so.
Only now when heads might begin to roll (figuratively) do they care.
Still looking for who is supposed to have denied in court that the Sessions letter didn't exist.
Still looking for the "court testimony".
As you may remember, last March, then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions informed Congress that he had asked John Huber, a U.S. attorney in Utah, to "evaluate" issues of concern to House Republicans.
In that March 29 letter, Sessions wrote that at the conclusion of Hubers review, Huber would recommend whether any matters not currently under investigation should be opened; whether any matters currently under investigation require further resources; or whether any matters merit the appointment of a Special Counsel.
According to Jon Solomon, the Rep. Meadows and his subcommittee now want to learn what Huber has been doing.
So now we have Sessions' letter and we have Boyd's letter.
Still looking for where somebody is supposed to have lied in court about the letter to Huber not existing.
It sure would be nice if the original reporting had given a name. /sarcasm
No need. Brian Cates says it quite well.

Sessions did his job. So did Whitaker. Huber and co. are about ready to explode. The naysayers will have egg all over their face. Trump will accomplish what he campaigned to do.
Someday I hope books are written so that people will learn exactly what transpired.
So why would someone lie in court?
Am I seeing a pattern here? Fake news, anyone?
Maybe someone else can find what I couldn’t.
Sessions did his job. So did Whitaker. Huber and co. are about ready to explode. The naysayers will have egg all over their face.
You are delusional. Stay away from heavy machinery tonight. Please.
Or perhaps he is not.
Have you been reading the links provided?
Someone cant read
LOL. “They haven’t interviewed any of the witnesses.” Somebody can’t read and it’s you.
Right cause they are going to tell Congress and therefore leaky Adam Schiff and therefore everyone in the world what they are about to do and what they are investigating. LOL, you are so smart you believe the MSM
Bwhahahahahahaha
Mueller has racked up conviction after conviction,
and Huber?
I`ll answer for you, NONE.
No convictions because Huber was hired to file a report, nothing else.
1. Huber cannot indict outside of his District.
2. Huber was specifically tasked to write a report and submit it to DoJ. Nothing else.
The major question in criminal subject matter jurisdiction is whether the charges are pursuant to federal or state law. If the charges allege a violation of federal Criminal Law, the defendant will be tried in a federal court that is located in the state in which the offense was committed.
