A federal judge lifted the fourth and final injunction against the Trump administration's policy barring most transgender individuals from serving in the military on Thursday.
U.S. District Judge George Russell III reversed his prior ruling, stating he was required to lift his order “because the court is bound by the Supreme Court’s decision" after the high court lifted two other injunctions imposed in January.
The Pentagon celebrated Russell's decision, heralding it as the demise of the final roadblock after four injunctions were put in place in 2017 as legal challenges against the ban played out.

Let military make their own rules instead of some judge trying to run the military. So this is great news.

I cannot believe how this country let Clinton, G W Bush and Obama trash our military starting with COED BCT. Obama put more undesirables in our military plus let more Muslims enter America then all combined. I threw out over a dozen druggies and several FAGS in 1973. This Captain could not lead much less command a crapper burning detail. If you are an officer and use the latrine in a remote area-you had best burn the crapper, too. I was blessed with great NCO’s in SF. Not so in a leg infantry unit. This management by statistics plus too many mech units ruined our combat readiness. Riding up and down MSR’s plus any road is an invitation for an IED.

Try enlisting in any service other than the USMC if you are straight, white and male and worst of all wear a cross or a religious medal.

There is no place in our military for the mentally deranged.
Another Democrat judge in action
“Transgenders”, especially those who have gotten themselves chopped and cropped, are mentally disturbed. They also require ongoing hormonal treatments. We don’t need mentally unstable people in the military.
