If the study did not single out illegals, then it was designed to obfuscate and conflate information from “all” immigrants, hoping to confuse and indoctrinate the sheeple into the idea that the study results apply to illegals alone. If so, then it is propaganda attempting to suppport illegal immigration, based on a giant half truth amounting to a giant lie.

No. It's none of those things. Lets tell the truth. These people are dumber than donkeys when it comes to sanitation, hygiene and understanding the basics of how unsanitary conditions can lead to serious health hazards and the spread of disease. And the fact that almost none have ever been vaccinated against anything. Their countries could care less about them The leaders are an isolated, corrupt elite who have been living large on the aid we've been sending them for decades.
