Because he submitted to the authority of the courts rather than tell the court they hold no authority over who can be uninvited to the White House . No more than a President can tell a Federal Judge who to allow into his courtroom. As a civilian he has to comply with the authority of the Court . As a President he gets to insist on the equality of the 3 branches. In fact he should insist on it to maintain that balance.

We went through this with Obama and lambasted him for it. The White House is NOT Obama's house nor is it Trump's house. The White House is our (the peoples) house.

This is not a matter of a homeowner laying down the rules for his home. This is a matter of boorish and childish behavior by the press (one member in particular). And if CNN was to act as a responsible parent, it would have spanked him and put him in time out for a month or two. Problem solved. However, in this case, the "parent's" own inner child is also on display here.

President Trump seems to bring out the worst in people. Haha, maybe it's a gift he has. :-)
