Meanwhile, its a dog-eat-dog world of which braying donkeys approve
Proving the old adage that The Laws an ass, a federal judge on Friday granted CNNs request for a court order that would temporarily reinstate correspondent Jim Acostas White House press pass.
In this case, the laws not only an # but donkeys are riding all over it because it, in effect, gives a bullhorn back to a badgering blowhard.
If Acosta cannot be excluded from press conferences, then President Trump should simply not hold any. There’s nothing in the Constitution that requires the president to hold press conferences.
President Trump should remind everyone that he has the keys to the White House and only those he decides to let in get in.
Also, the press conferences are merely opportunities for the idiot press to smear Trump with accusations, not questions. If Trump wants to give a press conference, he should use conservative media. Will have a bigger audience.
They are no longer “Press Conferences” They are “PRESS INTERVIEWS” and are by invitation only. Limit it to 5 reporters/interviewers and have strict ground rules.
“Only if Trump or Sanders call on him.”
Well now, there’s the rub. He doesn’t wait to be called on, and he doesn’t quit when the President of the United States says his time is up.
The other networks may soon rue the day they supported CNN and Acosta.
Don’t televise the press conferences. No cameras allowed and only audio. Of course then CNN and that bunch will sue to have their cameras in the press conference!
Let Sarah use SKYPE & let the press sit outside the White House in the snow.
Audio only one way-—no questions from the press-—only statements from Sarah.
Give their press passes to some other news agency. “”
CNN has over 50 passes. Acosta doesn’t need to be there.
Get Sarah Sanders to file a restraining order on him!!
Then he CANT go to the White House!

The intern that Acosta struck would have a case for a restraining order against him.
Never never never give up the microphone.
Those asking questions should get in line and step up to a mic - ask a question and step down. The president should then answer and so forth and so on. Giving a mic to a reporter turns it into a debate. Everyone lines up gets 1 question.
Stop all WH briefings till this judge is handed his ass...
When the next democratic president does something similar everyone here will be running to invoke the first amendment. if you are on the side of truth the first amendment is your friend, but we dont get to keep it if we dont apply it universally.
So, don’t call on him or any of CNN.
When, and he will, he screams out comments over everyone else, give him one warning. When, and he will, scream out again, have him escorted out by a cute little female intern. When he swats away her hand and resists, and he will, bring on the big WH lawyers to charge him with everything in the book. Asscosta is very, very easy to set up.
Then we give him a new name: Chief Sh___g Bull.
Or, have an intern who is trained in the martial arts, and kick his ass in front of the cameras.
OPEN UP A BIG OLE CAN OF WHOP ASS !!
He would never live that down !!! LOL
Does it say he's to be allowed into the press room or just to the building? Easy enough to have him sit outside in the hallway with two large Secret Service dudes on either side of him.
The judge was a Trump appointee. More bad advise to Trump. Who the heck does this judge think he is making any decision on how the Executive Branch operates?
Nah. There’s something bogus about this.
The White House press briefings are voluntary, and they grant passes to whomever they wish - cancelling pressers or revoking passes may have political consequences due to the PR perception of “transparency”, but not legal consequences.
I think this is nothing but a PR stunt: CNN sues the White House, knowing they can easily find a judge willing to render a non-binding opinion - virtually nothing more than a statement - containing platitudes about freedom of the press, which they can trumpet all over the place in an attempt to embarrass the White House.
How is banning one reporter out of thousands restricting the freedom of the press? That’s what CNN lawyers will have to convince five Supreme Court justices - and that’s IF the SC even agrees to hear their arguments.
I agree, set up Acosta for getting assault charges filed against him .
Simple solution. Let CNN aske this judge if Acosta's 5th amendment rights force the WH to call on him. What a circus.
Who will decide? This same judge?
