I just watched that movie last week! My husband is a huge Hope movie fan as am I (and as is Woody Allen - you can see that he stole Hope’s persona if you know where to look).
If Flake says he’s voting Yes, Murkowski won’t feel the need to change from her No vote. I wish Manchin would say her’s voting Yes. I don’t trust Flake.
