Hillary: It Would Be ‘Very Easy’ For FBI To Investigate Brett Kavanaugh Sex Assault Allegations

Hillary Clinton stopped by CBS’ ‘The Late Show’ on Sept. 21. She’s slamming the GOP and FBI for refusing to investigate sexual assault allegations against SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Hillary Clinton is going hard on the FBI and GOP Senators for refusing to investigate sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, 53. She stopped byThe Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Sept. 21 to promote the paperback copy of her 2016 presidential election memoir What Happened. The former Secretary of State said it would be “very easy” for the Feds to investigate sexual assault allegations made by Professor Christine Blasey Ford. She claims Kavanaugh pinned her down, covered her mouth and tried to take off her clothes during an alleged attack when they were high schoolers in the ’80s.

Clinton accused GOP members of the Senate Judiciary committee of “trying to rush this through to the detriment of the American public who deserves to have answers to whatever charges might be presented.” She added, “So I’m hoping that at some point there will be an agreement to have an investigation. It would be very easy for the FBI to go back and finish the background investigation, to investigate these charges. And, you know, maybe find out there’s nothing to them, maybe find out there’s something to them, but at least have that investigation completed. And I think that’s what is a fair request, for due process to be asked for.”

The FBI has refused to investigate Ford’s allegations saying it isn’t within their jurisdiction, but they opened an investigation into then-SCOTUS nominee Clarence Thomas in 1991 when Anita Hill accused him of sexual harassment. The committee’s chairman Sen. Charles Grassley, (R-IA) has also refused to have Ford’s claims investigated and has been demanding she come forward to testify in front of them or they will move ahead in Kavanaugh’s confirmation process.

Clinton even brought up how hypocritical the Republicans are, as they refused to even consider then President Barack Obama‘s Supreme Court Nominee Merrick Garland in 2016 to replace late SCOTUS Justice Antonin Scalia for months until after Donald Trump won the election. Now they want to ram through Kavanaugh’s confirmation at record speed before the midterm 2018 elections where the Senate could flip Democratic and thus possibly prevent him ascending to a lifetime appointment on the nation’s highest court.

Earlier in the day the New York Times reported that US Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein discussed wearing a wire around President Trump in the wake of his decision to fire former FBI director James Comey. Rosenstein has since called their report completely untrue. If Trump decides to can Rosenstein, it could lead to the possible end of Robert Mueller‘s investigation into alleged Russian meddling in Trump’s presidential bid.

Clinton said that Trump can “absolutely” be the subject of a criminal investigation, and anything he did during the campaign is fair game. But now that he’s a sitting president after beating her in the 2016 election, he really couldn’t be indicted for anything he does now. “The Constitution has a specific remedy, which is impeachment,” the former lawyer said.

The FBI is still “busy” investigating Hillary’s emails (smirk).....

<><> Was there continuity of server activity between May 2013 to August 2015, or did the server go off-line starting in June 2013?

<><> Who received actual server in NJ - the name of the Platte River Networks employee/technician? What WAS it - make/model/form factor, etc.?

<><> Did the Clinton Foundation (or issuer of the RFP on Hillary’s behalf) indicate that the company that would provide data services qualified to handle national-security-level data?

<><> In various interviews and reports, Platte River Networks repeatedly stated they were to “upgrade, manage, and secure” the server. What - specifically - does that mean?

<><> What did Hillary’s RFP/contract order the data center to do specifically?

<><> Does Platte River Networks have sufficient security clearance to handle this type of contract?

<><> What were the firewall protocols in place at the time?

<><> Who - by name - had access to the server, and the administrative authorization to wipe and cleanse the server? When was that done?

<><> Does “upgrade, manage, and secure” the server mean that they PRN was given the task to remove all data from the server when it received it in June 2013?

<><> Was malware or antivirus also on the server?

<><> Was the inherent firewall, virus protection, or operating system “upgraded, managed, and secured”?

<><> Any incidents reported such as DOS attack, hacking, etc.? What were they? How were they resolved?

<><> Other than arranging for the server to be moved from NY to NJ, what was the Denver company contracted to do in relation to maintaining the server?

<><> What tangible evidence is there that the server arrived in functioning condition, was being used as an email server, was “upgraded, managed, and secured”, then wiped just prior to seizure by the FBI?

<><> Were normal and regular backup procedures executed on the server, and where would the back ups be kept?

<><> If no backups were taken, was there a disaster recovery location?

<><> Where was that? If no backups and no disaster recovery, what was the plan if the equipment failed or found to have been wiped of any functionality?

<><> Were any foreign nationals employed at Platte River Networks, or at Datto, that had access to the Clinton server?
