A man in his 40s was caught secretly filming women in bikinis by an officer on patrol duty at a beach in Ganghwa-gun, Incheon, police said Tuesday.
According to Incheon authorities, the 44-year-old was booked without physical detention for violating the Criminal Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes.
The man is accused of secretly filming two women at Dongmak Beach using his smartphone around 1:40 p.m. Sunday. During interrogation, he admitted to using a silent camera app to film the victims without being noticed, according to reports.
Police said they found some 60 snapshots and two video clips saved in his phone.
As part of efforts to prevent sexual crimes during summer, Incheon Police Agency said it has expanded police presence at 10 locations across Incheon and bolstered a team handling sexual crimes related to youths.
Maybe if he had been getting pics of guys in g-strings at the homo beach it would be OK?
Never talk to the police.
Oh, this is Korea.
Dongmak Style.
....even at dong make beach ?
Waste of time.
Guy could have just typed the search terms and voila!
Loads of beautiful korean women on a beach...
Thats a crime?
I spent some time on YOUTUBE watching lawyers around the country telling reasons why a citizen should never talk to the police
I am convinced.
I hope the guy with the phone asked if he is free to go. And if in the USA, lock the phone and refuse to unlock it

The woman divers of Cheju-do in tourist picture didn’t match the real thing. First they’re 50 or 60 years old and only wore shorts.
that was in 78 and Korea was a lot poorer then.
It’s a toss up...
More meat on display at the beach, or
more meat on display at Costco?
Not that I’m complaining, but beaches ought to get it over with and be au natural...
My brother-in-law told me once that it took him over 30 years to convince his wife that he should wear sunglasses at the beach... Now he’s working on binoculars.
Then millions of people have to be thrown in jail for taking pictures at the beach.
I’ll hire my own talent and get release forms.
Man, i bet Incheon has changed quite a bit since i was there 45 years ago,
My wife was given a laptop about a year ago from a friend she worked with so our grandson could use it. The first thing I wanted to do was wipe all the junk off it and create a nice, clean starting point with plenty of disk space.
I found quite a few pr0n pictures, favoring a particular type. I deleted them. But what really creeped me out even more was that he had taken a lot of photos of random women in bikini’s on the beach without their knowledge. Sure, they were all wearing bikinis, but it bothered me a LOT more than the pr0n because it was without their knowledge.
Who doesn’t notice a nicely shaped woman in a bikini, but I think this crosses a line. Maybe not a legal line, but certainly a moral one.
As one preacher once said, regarding looking at attractive women: Noticing it proves your plumbing is working. The moral problems start with the second look.
The man, identified as He So Hor-Nee,...
Wow. A woman (or women) put on bikini swimwear and head to a public beach. And then someone with a smartphone, in public, photographs them while the women are in public. And that’s illegal? Just, wow.
