The US needs to cut all funding to Mexico immediately, put the military at the border and deport every last Mexican illegal including those who travelled through Mexico.
Better build that wall quick. Now the socialists control Mexico, the economy there will deteriorate quickly and impoverished, desperate migrants will try to enter the US.
All those US companies that set up shop south of the Rio Grande better start informing themselves as to what happened to those who had capital invested in Venezuela. Maybe it’s time to consider repatriation.

Reminds me of 1968 when the USSR attempted to overthrow the Mexican government with a leftist Revol-o-o-sion and got caught.

Judging by the amount of politician deaths Mexico has had in this past year... I am not terribly confident this election was “legal”

The take-away lesson here is that Mexican voters are just as stupid as Venezuelan voters.
The standards for voting are set way too low. Universal suffrage is a stupid idea; that is, universal voting for both women AND men.
It will take collapse of many countries before the idea of universal suffrage is discarded.
Historically Mexico has never been that great of an ally to the US. More reason to build the wall.
