Are the tens of thousands of National Archives records destroyed by the former Obama administration a cover up for the corruption of Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential election and removal of every scrap of truth that the RussiaGate investigation is a total fabrication?
Once they have Obama’s actions wiped out, they can write a new history for him.

The horribly abused word, Impeachment, is not only the best, but the only available (but currently unreachable ) remedy to kill the problem.
If his behavior and that of his co-conspirators and minions don't define High crimes and misdemeanors, I don't know what does.
